Breast augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty) is one of the most common cosmetic surgeries. Silicone gel breast implants add volume and improve the shape of the bust, always aiming for a result in harmony with the rest of your body.
There is no single ideal implant: the shape, ideal size and placement (under the breast tissue or under the muscle) are chosen during your consultation based on your height, shoulder and chest width, the amount of breast tissue and the result you want.
It is a 30–60 minute outpatient surgery: you go home the same day, and most patients return to their activities between day 3 and 5. We use implants backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, provided in writing.
If the breasts sag, augmentation can be combined with a breast lift (mastopexy) in the same surgery. Dr. José Daza also corrects implants placed elsewhere, such as capsular contracture, and performs implant replacement.

Can you correct capsular contracture or implants placed elsewhere?

Do the implants have a warranty?
Yes. We use implants backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which you receive in writing; its terms depend on the brand and model. Surgery, like any medical procedure, cannot guarantee a result.
What is the difference between breast augmentation and a breast lift?
Augmentation adds volume with implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) raises a sagging bust and removes excess skin, for example after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight changes. Many patients need both, and they can be done in the same surgery; the doctor will advise you during your consultation.
How much does breast augmentation cost in Mexico City?
The cost depends on the implant type and brand, the placement and whether it is combined with a lift or another surgery. It includes implants backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. You receive a complete quote after your consultation.
